Because of space constraints, there is only a limited amount of parking available in the courtyard. In order to guarantee your spot, please reserve a ticket.

Regrettably, we have a policy in place that prohibits dogs from entering our gardens. The presence of many irresponsible dog owners who neglect their pets has resulted in a negative experience for the other visitors. Therefore, we had to decide to only allow guide dogs, and we sincerely hope you can comprehend our position.

Any items you buy from Scar House you can either collect or have them delivered.

If we have the item in stock then we ship in 1-2 business days from date of order. For custom built purchases please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. All orders are sent by courier and can be tracked online.
